Citizen of NOVA: Alexei

Little is known about Alexei’s origin. What is known, however, is that shortly after arriving to NOVA, he quickly became one of the most powerful figures in the Undercity black market. Seemingly unhampered by the tethers of morality or loyalty, Alexei methodically identified and took advantage of inefficiencies in the supply chain of the city. In doing so, he managed to amass a significant fortune, which he used to further cement his influence across the district. This success also drew the eyes of Xeon’s enforcers, and made no shortage of enemies among those also looking to profit from the trade. Alexei’s motive for such ruthless accumulation of power and resources is equally unknown. While most citizens identify as either for or against Xeon’s establishment, Alexei seems motivated entirely by ruthless efficiency. His role in The Resistance is both vital but also entirely independent, and while opinions of Alexei are strong but varied, respect is universal.
